These terms cover miamicardshow.org, the Grand Line Profits course, our member portal and community, and related programs. By buying, enrolling, or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the site.
1. Who we are
This site and its programs are operated by Miami Local Card Show LLC, a Florida company based in Miami, Florida ("we," "us"). You can reach us through the support option in your member portal or by direct message on Instagram at @miamicardshow.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy or enroll. Give us accurate information and keep your login private. Your access is for you alone; don't share your login, and we may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
3. What you're buying
Grand Line Profits is a digital course: video lessons, downloadable guides, and access to our member community. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the course and operate the platform that hosts it. We may update, reorganize, or improve lessons and materials over time.
The Grandline Operator Syndicate is a separate, application-only mentorship program. Its scope, schedule, and price are confirmed in writing before you join.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Founder and launch pricing is available for a limited time and may change for future buyers without affecting what you already paid.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions and payment plans renew or bill automatically on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel future billing anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next charge and doesn't refund past ones.
5. Refunds
Because the course is digital and you get immediate access to all materials, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If you have a problem with access or billing, contact us first and we'll work to fix it. Please contact us before filing a chargeback.
6. Results and education disclaimer
Grand Line Profits teaches methods we use in our own trading-card business. It is education, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading-card prices and grading outcomes change and can go down as well as up. Any examples, figures, or results we share are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your own decisions, capital, effort, and market conditions, and we don't guarantee any profit, sale price, or grade.
7. Using our materials
All course videos, guides, templates, branding, and site content belong to Miami Local Card Show LLC or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own trading. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or republish them, or use them to build a competing course.
8. Community rules
Our community is a guild: trade intel, help each other, keep it respectful. No harassment, scams, spam, or unauthorized selling, and no sharing of course materials. We may remove posts or members who break these rules, without a refund.
9. Third-party names
Pokémon, ONE PIECE, PSA, BGS, CGC, TCGplayer, eBay, and other names mentioned belong to their respective owners. We are independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.
10. Limits of our liability
The site and programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply going forward from that date.
